In whatever FTP client application you use, "Passive FTP..." MUST be unchecked. This option is usually found in the application's firewall preferences. If you are unable to locate your application's firewall preferences, please consult the application's manual for assistance. If you are unable to access our ftp site using your browser, it is likely because you need to make a change to one of your browser's settings. You must locate the setting that refers to using "PASSIVE FTP..." and make sure it is DESELECTED. For example, in Internet Explorer, click on your "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options", then click on the "Advanced" tab. Scroll down until you see the option that refers to using Passive FTP, and uncheck the box. Hit "Apply" then "OK". Exit Internet Explorer, then start it up again. Now you should be able to access our FTP site.
